Goodyear offers new Dunlop steer tire

To breathe some new life into a venerable truck tire brand, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. will market its latest tractor steer tire under the Dunlop name. The Dunlop SP384 steer tire is a mid-priced product that features enhanced casing, tread design and pressure distribution groove technology to help lower cost-per-mile and provide more miles to removal, according to Goodyear. Available in standard and low-profile sizes, the new steer tire has 18/32-in tread depth and five-rib construction to help optimize tread wear.
