More service for aftermarket customers

ArvinMeritor's Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) business has established “customer care centers” at its parts distribution facilities to provide technical assistance, as well as information about pricing and availability, for example. The new service is part of the company's 5-Star Partner program, which it launched early last year. Calls to the center will be answered within 20 seconds, and every effort will be made to resolve the issue with just one phone call.
