Stertil-Koni acquires two companies

Heavy-duty lift provider Stertil-Koni USA has announced two acquisitions by its parent company, Stertil B.V., acquiring ALM Corp. and Fleet America Service Technology. ALM Corp., based in Streator, IL, is a lift manufacturer that has been in business for 23 years.
