ECS Purifilter Plus gets EPA verification

Catalytic Solutions Inc.'s Heavy-Duty Diesel Systems business unit announced its ECS Purifilter Plus emissions reduction product has received Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) verification. The verification is for reducing harmful emissions of particulate matter by 90%, carbon monoxide by 75% and hydrocarbons by 85% for the retrofit of 1994 through 2006 model year non-exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) heavy-duty diesel engines, the company said.
