Three engine-off heater systems released

Espar Heater Systems, a member of the Eberspächer Group, introduced three new products at the Mid-America Trucking Show — the Hybernator on-frame coolant heater, the Hybernator in-frame system and the Baire Necessity, a portable, window-mounted, cab-heating unit. All three fuel-operated heater systems are designed to maximize effectiveness and minimize complexity, according to Jeff McCord, national accounts manager for Espar. Both the new Hybernator on- and in-frame systems provide engine-off heat to the cab using a dedicated 12V or 24V dry cell, AGM battery system and diesel (or kerosene) as the onboard fuel.
