Accellos acquires Prophesy Transportation Software

Accellos Inc. has announced the acquisition of Prophesy Transportation Software, Inc., a software provider with products aimed at managing the operation of both public and private fleets through integrated, comprehensive and easy-to-use features, Accellos said. Financial details were not disclosed. According to the company, Accellos will continue to market Prophesy’s product line, which will be integrated into Accellos One Transport, a series of services geared towards assisting transportation carriers, brokers and shippers improve the efficiency of their planning, execution and reporting. “Prophesy was our primary target for strategic acquisition this year,” said Michael Cornell, CEO of Accellos, Inc.
