Garmin to use Navteq traffic service

Garmin will utilize Navteq Traffic’s RDS delivery service and interactive advertising service for the Nuvi 755T, 765T, 775T and 2x5 GPS systems to power its traffic alerts service, Navteq announced. The traffic system delivers data via FM radio, alerting drivers of accidents, road closures and construction.
