Document system integrates in-cab scanning

NEW ORLEANS.  Paper forms can be scanned and delivered wirelessly from a truck’s cab to a fleet’s automated document management system within minutes with a new system introduced by McLeod Software and DriverTech at the American Trucking Assns. annual conference here. Promising shortened billing cycles and reduced paperwork costs, the new system integrates Driver Tech’s on-board computer with McLeod’s DocumentPower forms recognition and workflow management software.
