Management module for contract maintenance

Fleets using the Platinum version of Dossier Maintenance software from Arsenault Assocs. can now handle contract and third-party accounts with a new Customer Management (CM) module (www.arsenault.biz). The new option allows a fleet to separately control, track and report on work performed for contract customers or others on a for-profit basis, while still maintaining records for its own equipment. Enabling fleets to assign vehicles to any number of customers, the CM module will produce quotes and invoices for maintenance customers, assigning billable labor rates, parts markups or discounts, and billing terms for each account.
