American Leak Detection, a company offering detection of hidden water and sewer leaks, has named Teletrac's FleetDirector the preferred automated vehicle location system for its 150 franchisees. The system uses land-based wireless communications for vehicle tracking and two-way messaging. Sitton Motor Lines will equip all 500 of its tractors with the new GPRS high-speed land-based version of GeoLogic's MobileMax wireless communications and fleet management system. Geologic added Cingular Wireless GPRS digital service as a communications option for its system late last year.
