Qualcomm adds navigation

A real-time in-cab navigation system will be one of the first third-party applications offered for Qualcomm's new OmniVision onboard computing and communications system. Maptuit Corp.'s NaviGo combines map databases stored on the in-cab system with real-time updates delivered over the Qualcomm satellite communications network.
