Tripmaster sells shares

Control Instruments Group Limited of South Africa has acquired a majority share in Tripmaster Corp. Tripmaster will continue selling and supporting its products in North America from its U.S. headquarters in Arlington, TX, according to the company, and Richard M. Geib, former majority owner and CEO, will also continue as president & CEO and as a minority investor.
