Air-Weigh enters European market

To enhance its position in the European market, Air-Weigh, the Eugene, Ore.-based manufacturer of onboard electronics systems — primarily truck scales — has formed Air-Weigh Europe Ltd. as a joint venture with a European developer of onboard weighing systems. Martin J. Ambros, Air-Weigh's president & CEO, made the announcement during last month's SAE International Truck & Bus Meeting in Portland, Ore.
