TMW buys TMT

Fleet management software developer TMW Systems Inc. has acquired TMT Software Co., one of the largest fleet maintenance software providers. Both are privately held companies and terms of the acquisition were not released. However TMT said that combined revenue for the two companies over the last 12 months was $56 million. The two developers have worked together closely since 1998, offering integration between the two systems and sharing more than 235 customers, according to TMW.
