A secure Internet service from J.J. Keller & Assocs. Inc. allows fleets to create an online data warehouse for all vehicle title, license and permit information. Vehicle Management Online (VMO) stores all the information in one place, but allows secure access to the data from any location with a high-speed Internet connection. VMO offers fleets a way to process and store new-vehicle titles electronically, as well as manage changes to those titles.
