ATA releases security guidebook

The American Trucking Assns. (ATA) has released a 186-page guidebook designed to help readers evaluate and manage risk and trucking security, whether it be physical security en route or information and computer security The ATA Certified Cargo Security Professional (CCSP) Resource Guidebook, developed by ATA’s security council, covers topics such as investigations in the logistics environment, emergency disaster management, federal security regulations for hazardous materials transportation, cross-border security, intermodal security and food security, ATA said.
