Book delivers positive message

Written and illustrated by Kyle Rose and Allan Rae, two employees at Navistar's Springfield, OH, plant, Brutus — The Big Red Truck is a children's book intended to deliver a positive message about respecting others, playing nicely, and noticing the “good” in everyone, despite differences, and to do so in a manner that fosters discussion among children and their parents, according to Navistar. What's more, the book is serving as the foundation for an outreach effort to local elementary schools by employees at Navistar facilities across the country.
