David Graebel of Graebel Companies Inc. has received the American Moving and Storage Institute's (AMSA) 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award for Distinguished Service. The award was presented at ASMA's annual Education Conference & Expo in Orlando. According to AMSA, Graebel Companies, which was founded in 1950 with one truck, is now the largest privately held relocation company in the world, and has introduced innovations such as 24/7 customer service, account accessibility, simplified tariffs and performance guarantees.
