ABF promotes William Evans to vp of industrial relations

Wiliam David Evans has been appointed vp of industrial relations, effective June 1st, by ABF Freight System Inc. Evans is currently regional vp of operations, based in Kansas City, MO. Evans will replace A.J. Phillips, who is retiring after 37 years with the company.
