New NPTC board members

The National Private Truck Council (NPTC) has announced the election of several new members to serve two-year terms on its board of directors. These persons are: Robert S. Abbott of TransForce Services Group representing the Small Volume Supplier Division Lance Bertram, CTP of Idealease of North America representing the Third Party Provider Division Haig R.
