Maverick will use EBE recruiting software

Maverick Transportation has licensed EBE Technologies’ SHIPS driver recruiting software, designed to streamline the company’s hiring process. According to EBE, the software manages the complete hiring cycle, applying qualification rules against applications while automating and auditing the verification process through third parties such as USIS, previous employers and wellness clinics. The orientation process can then be managed through SHIPS or integrated to a carrier’s orientation and financial software, EBE said.
