PeopleNet adds 3rd-party service network

PeopleNet has established a new North American Service Network of third-party service centers that are certified to install and service PeopleNet systems. The network will be available to all PeopleNet customers but those joining the PeopleNet Service Program for a nominal monthly fee per truck will have their PeopleNet repair labor costs covered. In addition, PeopleNet Service Program members will receive a 5% discount on installation and removal charges. They will also receive priority appointments—within 48 hours for shop visits and within 72 hours for on-site visits. All billing goes through PeopleNet. “Our service network is ...
