Software integrates financial data for logistics

Logistics companies looking to integrate financial data related to their transportation business into existing accounting packages such as QuickBooks can uuse Transite Technology’s new My Freight Portal-3PL. The software allows costs and profits for each transaction to be managed easily, Transite said, while offering  the customers of 3PLs “full transportation process functionality.” Accounts payable and receivable can be integrated into accounting programs, which can then be turned into customer activity level, financial and carrier selection pattern reports.
